The shipping costs are added to the value of the goods in the shopping cart. You will be informed about the shipment with a tracking email. Please use tracking to make sure your recipe your without any problems. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Do you have a return?
How to do it:
Please open one of our emails. Use the "View order" button to view your order in our shop.
Please select the items and a reason for your return.
Click on the "Return item" button and confirm your return.
Download your return label and follow the information.
As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
What do I have to consider?
The return period is 14 days.
The items must be in their original condition
Items must be unwashed and unworn.
The hygiene stickers must not have been removed from the underwear.
We only accept properly packaged goods, please make sure that the goods do not fly around in the box, cushion them with paper if necessary.
Any additional costs such as customs clearance fees or cash on delivery costs will not be borne by us under any circumstances. We do not accept such packages.
Our returns are not free, but to make it as easy as possible for you, we will offset your shipping costs against the return costs.
We reserve the right to return items that are not in the stated condition at the customer's expense.

In order to process your return smoothly, please enclose the delivery note with your return. As soon as we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to you.
For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside and the package marked with the word "Retour" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise import duties may apply.
